Organizational Growth:

Similar to the life cycle of a plant or a human, organizations go through archetypal and significant life-cycle changes. When an organization reaches the next stage of growth I can support your team with an observation, listening and feedback process that results in updated organizational priorities, structures, and goals.

 
Liberatory Structures and Decentralizing Leadership:

Many organizations and businesses are recognizing the need to re-distribute power, leadership roles and how decisions are made. But, how? This can be a complex process and is different for every group, as each organization has its own unique eco-system. Through an organizational assessment we can together discover what is wanting to emerge to support staff empowerment and organizational health.

 Support for Founders and Executive Directors:

Being a founder and/or Executive Director can at times be a lonely and thankless job. I can support you to stay connected to what matters most, to find your voice of wisdom in big decisions, to work through personal and professional struggles, and bring your authentic leadership to your co-workers and networks, and when the time is right transition your role in the organization.

 Leadership Training and Coaching:

Training and coaching for leaders on leadership skills, decision making, prioritizing, supporting (managing) other staff, cultivating intuitive and creative leadership skills, systems thinking, designing meaningful rituals, and more.

Hi, I’m Sarai.

I believe in the power of people coming together to birth a regenerative, just, and peaceful world, and I think our future depends on it. It is my great joy to support folks furthering the missions of transformation, healing, and care so dearly needed on this planet. As a systems thinker I draw from the inspiration and vast intelligence of the natural world to support building health and resiliency inside of human systems.

I am intimately familiar with the tensions and problems that leaders and organizations face as they passionately work towards their vision. I have seen that the permaculture principle, “The problem is the solution,” is a reliable framework to apply to these tensions. Outside support can guide the transformation of these challenges into solutions that point the way towards what is naturally emerging in the organization.

My organizational coaching draws from my life-long love and study of the natural world, supporting groups and training leaders from within organizations, training and mentorship with We Are Open Circle, combined with an ontological approach to coaching from the Academy for Coaching Excellence, one of the most rigorous training schools accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). How to get started

FIRST STEP: Set up a discovery call with me. Once we discuss your needs, I will create a proposal that suits what the goals are for you or your team. Once we are in agreement, we can begin our work together! My base rate is $150/hour.

MY COMMITMENT: If you or your team, at any point in our journey, are not receiving more than the value you are paying for and wish to terminate - I will return all unused funds for remaining sessions.
